The commercial finance market post ‘Trussonomics’ has been an interesting world; extreme volatility in Autumn 2022 gave way to lending prudence and, in some cases, withdrawal from the market for some lenders. Terms were quoted then re-quoted that same day as rates and products were amended. Most lenders have returned but the changing shape of finance available continues to be exactly that… changing.
